COVID-19 Refund Policy
Event Cancellation
If ATC is prevented from hosting an event by circumstances outside of its control due to a restriction on sports imposed by emergency governmental order or if ATC cancels an event in its sole discretion, all teams registered to play will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid to ATC. A refund will be processed in the same form of payment that was made by the team. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation of the event. Credit cards will be refunded the full amount, minus the processing fee.
Travel Bans
Teams will be refunded or allowed to apply funds to another event if they are subject to a "travel ban" that prohibits the team from traveling to the state the event is taking place. A travel advisory would be subject to our normal refund policy. A refund will be processed in the same form of payment that was made by the team. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation of the event. Credit cards will be refunded the full amount, minus the processing fee.
Team Drops Out 22 Days or More
If a team is forced to drop out of an event and the refund request is made by the team MORE than 22 days, ATC will provide that team with a refund of the amount paid (deposit only or full amount) minus a 10% fee to cover expenses which ATC will have already incurred to that point in time.
Team Drops Less Than 21 Days Out
Teams canceling their tournament entry within 21 days of the tournament start date are not entitled to any type of refund. If we are able to fill your team's spot with a team that is paying an entry fee to play in the tournament, we will apply a credit to entry in a future tournament. No refunds will be made.
IF Team is Forced to Withdrawal Since No Division
If a team is forced to withdrawal due to no division for them they will receive a full refund without fees.
