ATC - 4v4 SUMMER LEAGUE

ATC 4v4 SUMMER LEAGUE INFORMATION

  • Team and individual registrations accepted

  • Age groups will be split as follows:

    • 18U – 2004-2006 - $2300(Wednesday and Saturday Afternoon)

    • 16U – 2006-2008 - $2300(Wednesday and Saturday Afternoon)

    • 14U – 2008-2010 - $2300(Tuesday and Saturday before 2 PM)

    • 12U – 2010-2012 - $2100 (Tuesday and Sunday before 2 PM)

    • 10U – 2012-2014 - $2100 (Tuesday and Sunday before 2 PM)​​

    • Girls 14U - $2100 (Monday and Sunday before 2 PM)

  • Individual player fee is $165 for all ages

  • Minimum of 13 and maximum of 18 players (includes goalies)

  • Season runs May 30th through July 31th at Alpha Ice Complex,

  • 10 games plus playoffs

ATC 4V4 SUMMER LEAGUE PLAYING RULES

 

  • Games are two 22-minute running time halves. Teams do not switch ends in 2nd half.

  • All age groups will play touch up off-sides and icing is not called.

  • All Divisions are non-checking.

  • All tied games will be played to a winner by shootout. The shootout is sudden death from the beginning. 1 shooter at a time and all shooters must go before anyone can repeat. Home team shoots first. This will be on the scoresheet.

  • Penalties will result in a penalty shot. No chasing on PS.

  • Coincidental penalties will not result in PS. Both players will be removed from the ice (to the players bench) for 2 minutes of play.

  • Each of the following will result in a face-off. Goal scored, save on PS, off-sides blown dead, puck out of rink, goalie covers puck.

  • Pucks that go into the netting will not be blown dead. Play will continue live.

  • Rules to encourage sportsmanship and skilled hockey

  1. Fighting will result in expulsion from the league

  2. 10 minute misconduct for excessive trash talking or post whistle nonsense

  3. 2nd misconduct results in game misconduct

  4. 2nd game misconduct results in expulsion from league

  • Scoring to determine standings:

  1. 3 points for a win in regulation

  2. 2 points for a shootout win

  3. 1 points for a shootout loss

  • Tiebreakers:

  1. Head to Head result

  2. Goal differential – max of 5/game
